Privacy policy

Auction Browser is currently a public beta. We collect only the information necessary to operate, protect and improve the service.

Information we process

Basic technical information may be processed when you visit, including IP address, browser type, device information, requested pages and approximate country. Search, country and currency preferences may be stored on your device to improve the experience.

Partner enquiries

The partner form sends the information you provide to our transactional email provider and Auction Browser mailbox. It is not added to the auction catalogue or used for unrelated marketing. The resulting correspondence is retained only as needed to respond, protect the service and manage a potential partnership.

Auction information

Live auction information will be supplied by authorised partners. Auction Browser will retain source attribution and remove or update records according to the relevant feed agreement.

Cookies and local storage

Essential browser storage may be used for preferences such as saved searches and watchlists. Advertising or cross-site tracking is not part of the current beta.

Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal information and to object to certain processing. Requests may be sent to info@auction-browser.com.
